The following OCS Inspection section explains the application of infrared thermal imager in detail:

(1) Monitor generator, motor load imbalance, high bearing temperature, carbon brush, slip ring, collector ring heating, winding short circuit open circuit, cooling pipe blockage, overload, overheating.

(2) Electrical equipment can be maintained inspected. It is also helpful for safety, roof leakage testing, environmental protection testing, energy saving testing, nondestructive testing, forest fire protection, medical testing, quality control, etc.

(3) Monitor the sudden change of natural environment such as volcanic eruption landslide.

(4) Monitoring transformer bushing overheating, overload, loose joint, cooling pipe blockage, poor contact, three-phase load imbalance other issues.

(5) Monitor the hidden dangers such as poor contact, overload, loose joint, overheating unbalanced load of electrical equipment.
