1、 Product introduction

OCS special gauge measuring instrument is a branch of OCS geometry parameter measuring instrument, which is a mature product of our company. This product has successively obtained the technical examination certificate for new products of railway special measuring instruments the national utility model patent certificate issued by the Institute of standard measurement, China Academy of Railway Sciences.

2、 Basic performance parameters

1.1 measurement accuracy: error ± 2mm;

1.2 the built-in angle sensor adopts the juedui value photoelectric encoder;

1.4 the main unit of the measuring instrument can query the measurement data in the form of table record through the interval parameters alone, is equipped with special PC software;

1.5 the connecting part between the track ruler the main engine shall be made of high-strength stainless steel, vulnerable materials such as aluminum alloy, aluminum, nylon, etc. shall be used;

1.6 the base can rotate 45 degrees with one hand to realize the installation of one part in place, the automatic lock can automatically remove the electrode oxide layer, the mechanical electrical parts are reliably connected;

1.7 the whole machine shall meet the requirements of railway field inspection, the battery shall be built in the instrument, the overall surface shall be treated with porcelain spraying technology;
