On the morning of October 17, Jinzhou railway station, Jinzhou power supply section other relevant personnel carried out a trial use of "OCS intelligent comprehensive inspection device" (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") of Sichuan Xinda Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd. During this period, the technicians of Sichuan Xinda explained the use methods functions of the equipment for the workers in the work area, some of them operated the equipment. During the test, the real-time measurement found that the pull-out value of 122 bar was 475.

The equipment includes three modules: dynamic measurement, accurate measurement panoramic camera. Dynamic measurement realizes the automatic measurement of geometric parameters of catenary pull-out value guide height to realize the function of 1C; accurate measurement is used for accurate measurement of field data dynamic measurement parameter calibration; panoramic camera module realizes panoramic imaging of line status to achieve the effect of railway streetscape.

The equipment can measure various geometric parameters of catenary, including track gauge, superelevation, structural height, non support pull-out value guide height bearing cable pull-out value guide height. The measurement data is displayed in two forms of table curve, the data waveform is shown in Figure 3 Figure 4 below.

In the measurement process, there are two ways of real-time warning for out of limit parameters, as shown in Figure 5. Range alert refers to the range alert of measurement parameters. In the figure, the pull-out value alert range is set as plus minus 450, the lead height range is 5300 ~ 7500. If any parameter exceeds this range in the measurement process, an over limit voice alarm will be given. Standard value alert, which is based on the standard value of parameters, needs to import basic data in advance. Assuming that the standard value of pull-out value lead height is (2405300), according to the setting in the figure, if the measured lead height pull-out value exceeds 5300 ± 10 240 ± 50 respectively, an over limit alarm will be given.
During the test, the accuracy was verified many times, the data accuracy was less than 10 mm. Figure 6 shows the pull-out data of defects found on site. As shown in Figure 7, on-site review defect elimination.
